There are less than two thousand pandas left in the world. So, you decided to do something about it right away. You gathered a team of like-minded people, discussed a problem, and established a non-profit organisation to deal with the issue.

The journey

The Institute was established 21 years ago as a joint project of a group of people who believe that technology has the potential and the power to change the social consciousness positively. Along the journey, we widened our horizons, pushed our limits, and created a worldwide network of like-minded persons and organisations who joined along.

And we didn’t stop there. We were swamped and devoted to the things we had postponed for some time. As a final result, in front of you is our refreshed website. We did some minor graphic changes and branding adjustments, while most of the change is under the hood. We were converting some of our pending ideas into tangible new programmes. And the result is out there – Academic Programme, LEGOLAB, NGO Aviator, and Digital Government Lab. All of them are ready and available.

The most excellent news is that we have expanded our global presence. We introduced two new representative offices, one in Brussels and another in Manama, Bahrain. Our global presence is also part of the roadmap to more active involvement in International Relations and development activities that we plan to increase.

And one more thing. We have reshuffled our internal capacities and created a new organisational structure. As a result, we have a brand new cross-departmental team named creative&digital. It will also be available externally to our partners and clients for their projects, initiatives, and other cases where we can add value.
