Director of Fundraising

EMEA region

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering fundraising goals and building regional corporate partnerships in Europe. This includes setting strategy and execution plans, identifying new and innovative partnerships, and contributing to Institute’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of successful and efficient strategies to meet fundraising targets
  • Preparation of concise and practical project and activity proposals for various funding sources
  • Ensuring appropriate tracking of activities by using online tools
  • Collaborating with senior staff to develop and implement a financial strategy
  • The particular role of the incumbent will be to provide guiding engagement and ensure that fundraising principles are delivered across the organisation and that the entire Fundraising and Creative team deliver an exceptional and remarkable donor experience
  • Cultivating and growing relationships with current and new donors and partners
  • Research and analysis of areas and partners to develop future Institute’s regional branches
  • Acting as a regional spokesperson in support of fundraising activities or events
  • Leading the team of fundraising personnel
  • Upholding Institute’s values and inspiring/guiding others
  • Active involvement in understanding and representing the Institute’s entire portfolio of services
